Common questions
Are my photos private?
Yes. The conversion happens entirely inside your browser. Your photos are never sent to our servers or to anyone else — we cannot even see them.
What happens after 7 days?
The day after the trial ends, the subscription starts at the price you picked when you bought. We email you the exact date and amount right after purchase, and both are always visible in your account.
How do I cancel?
Using the “Cancel subscription” button in your account or at the bottom of any page. Two steps, no phone call, no email, no reason needed.
Which formats work?
HEIC and HEIF — what iPhones have shot in since 2017. The result is always JPG, which every Windows computer opens.
Is the date the photo was taken kept?
Yes. The date and time stay with the JPG so your photos remain in order. We deliberately do not copy the location the photo was taken in.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, though it is made for a computer. On an iPhone your photos already open — the problem only shows up on a Windows PC.
Do I have to install anything?
No. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up. You open the page and drop your photos in.
