Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling is always two clicks

Whatever country you are in, you can end the subscription at any time from the “Cancel subscription” button in your account. It takes two steps and needs no reason.

Cancelling stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.

If we charged you and you did not want us to — we refund it

Forgot to cancel and saw a charge? Email fotoheic@gmail.com within fourteen days. We refund the full amount, without an argument and without asking you to justify it.

This promise applies to everyone, wherever you live. It goes beyond what the law requires of us and it takes nothing away from the legal rights described below.

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK: your legal right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period runs for fourteen days from the day the contract was made.

To withdraw, tell us — ALBR LLC, 169 Madison Ave Ste 11534 Unit 398, New York, NY 10016, USA, email fotoheic@gmail.com — in a clear statement, such as a letter or an email. Sending it before the deadline is enough; it does not have to arrive before then.

We refund every payment received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of being told. We use the same payment method you used, and the refund costs you nothing.

When that legal right ends early

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right to withdraw ends if you expressly agreed that we could start before the fourteen days were up, and acknowledged that agreeing means losing the right.

We ask for that agreement during sign-up, through a box that is NOT pre-ticked. You have to tick it yourself.

If you leave it unticked, we do not start until the fourteen days have passed and you keep the right in full.

Note that this only affects the statutory right. Our own refund promise above still applies either way.
